Our 2-bedroom suite, a delightful alternative to impersonal hotel accommodations, is conveniently located for your personal or business travel needs. You may be in Seattle, Washington to explore, or to go somewhere specific such as Burien’s St. Anne Hospital formally Highline Medical Center, and we hope your experience with us is comfortable and memorable.
The Guest House Bed & Breakfast is fully licensed, inspected and approved by the Seattle Bed and Breakfast Association and the Washington INNSiders.
- The suite is priced from $185 – $235 per night plus sales tax, depending on the number of guests in your party, and includes our gourmet breakfast
- 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express
- Two-night minimum stay, three-night minimum stay may be required during some holidays

Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover the costs of your lodging, if your airline cancels or reschedules your flight or you’re not feeling well, and you are unable to arrive for the dates you have reserved with us.
Deposits are refundable less a $25.00 cancellation fee, provided you cancel a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations with less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, but your deposit can be transferred to a gift certificate to be used at a later date.
In the case of a “NO SHOW,” the total amount of the reservation will be forfeited, including sales tax.
