Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable less a $15.00 cancellation fee, provided you cancel a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival date. Refunds on cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your arrival date will be made only if the suite can be booked by another party. If the reservation dates cannot be filled, 50% of the total days reserved will be forfeited. "NO SHOWS" will result in forfeiture of the total bill plus sales tax.
