Make the Most of Our Lodging near Downtown Seattle

Our inn is conveniently located for your personal or business travel needs.  You may be in Seattle to explore, or to go somewhere specific such as Burien’s Highline Medical Center, and we hope your experience is comfortable and memorable.

  • The suite is priced from $175 – $205 per night plus sales tax, depending on the number of guests in your party, and includes our gourmet breakfast
  • Business Traveler rates available
  • 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, we accept Visa and MasterCard
  • Two-night minimum stay, three-night minimum stay may be required during some holidays
  • The suite accommodates up to four guests

Cancellation Policy:

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover the costs of your lodging if your airline cancels or reschedules your flight and you are unable to arrive for the dates you have reserved with us.

Deposits are refundable less a $25.00 cancellation fee, provided you cancel a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations with less than 7 days cancellation notice are nonrefundable, but we will refund any room nights that we are able to re-book, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

In the case of a “NO SHOW,” the total amount of the reservation will be forfeited, including sales tax.
