June is Foxglove Time

Our property is known for the foxglove that grows along the white picket fence in our yard and pops up here and there in the garden. Many times we will have people stop out front and take a quick photo of the foxglove in full bloom. Foxglove come in many colors and it’s difficult to decide just which one is my favorite. If your hiking in the Pacific Northwest you will also see it growing wild in meadows and even along the roadside where it’s a bit shady. It’s always as it’s best in late May and well into June.
