December at The Guest House is all about decorations and home baked cookies for all to enjoy. Out comes the tables linens with stacks of napkins and the Christmas China which is used every year from the day after Thanksgiving to New Years Day. Snowflakes, jingle bells, small white lights and candles fill every room just waiting for that jolly guy to arrive. This year we woke up to snow on the ground which made the day even more festive. There are many activities to take in during the holidays here in Seattle, the Christmas Tree Lighting at Westlake Park and a ride on the Carousel are not to be missed. The Nutcracker, Christmas Ships with Carolers, Gingerbread House Displays, this year displayed at Rainier Square are fun for all ages to see. The list of “To Do” is endless.
