Baking with yeast has never been very successful in my kitchen but I recently
came across this recipe in our Seattle Times newspaper and they made it sound so easy, I decided to give them a try. So this morning our guests were treated to freshly baked bagels and they loved them. It was nice to be able to make them
a little smaller then those you buy at the bakery and they were perfect with our Sausage & Caramelized Onion Frittata and Winter Fruit Compote . Delish!
