Welcome to The Guest House Bed & Breakfast

Are you looking for a hideaway not far from Seattle with beautiful manicured gardens, a comfy bed, and a scrumptious hot breakfast? Here, every detail is important to us, which makes your stay delightfully memorable.

Your visit begins by settling into our suite that includes two bedrooms, one bath, and a sitting room; which accommodates up to four people – and you are our only guests. If only one bedroom is needed we can offer the suite at a reduced price and you would still be our only guests. After a great night’s sleep, wake to the smell of freshly brewed coffee and homemade baked goods. A gourmet hot breakfast is served in our cozy dining area where you can enjoy views of the garden through the French doors. During the warmer weather, breakfast can be served on the garden patio, amongst pots of colorful flowers. You might even get a glimpse of a hummingbird sipping at the nearby fountain.

The Guest House Bed & Breakfast is located just 7 minutes from Sea-Tac International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Seattle with easy access to the many sights of the Pacific Northwest.

Within just a short drive away, the Space Needle, a famous Seattle landmark, along with the Pike Place Market, one of the oldest farmers’ markets in the United States, top our list of attractions you MUST DO. Seattle is filled with great museums, art galleries, theater performances, and musical performances along with gourmet dining options that can keep you going from morning until night.

Taking in a sporting event? Seahawks football, Mariners baseball, Kraken hockey, Sounders soccer, and Seattle Storm basketball are located in the heart of the city. No need to drive to your sporting event, take SoundTransit Light Rail located just 8 minutes away.
